School’s not Cool
Sean Zarb Ferrante
When I wake up at six a.m.
I always refuse to go to school.
During certain lessons teachers bore us to death,
Until break time when we can play.
If no break-ins are given,
We can play football or table tennis,
But fun only lasts twenty minutes!
During lessons shouting is heard
By teachers, students or the Head.
Most times break-ins and after schools are given,
And we students get angrily out of control,
For being kept from our out-of-school activities.
All we want to say about school
Is that most of us don’t think it’s very cool!
